Membership Form
The CDSA is a non-profit organization (501C4) devoted to promoting disc sports statewide and manages the Colorado Thin Air Tour, disc golf tournment series. The CDSA confers state tour titles based on points garnered from the Thin Air Tour.
Benefits of Membership include:
1. The Web site filled with tournament schedules and other disc related news.
2. Eligibility for Thin Air Tour Series points and awards.
3. A special limited edition commemorative CDSA mini disc.
4. Discounts on merchandise sold by the CDSA, and at the Wright Life in Ft. Collins.

Amatuer Women and Juniors(under 16) $10.00
Individual Membership(all divisions) $15.00
Family Membership $25.00 (to include spouse and children 18 and under residing at the same address)
